Deposits and cancellations
Cancel at least 1 hours before your appointment for a full deposit refund. Cancel inside 1 hours and the deposit (0% of the treatment price) is kept. If you do not attend, the full treatment price is payable: the deposit is kept and we will send you a payment link for the balance. Book more than 73 hours ahead and we only save your card — the deposit is charged 1 hours before your appointment. Book closer than that and the deposit is paid at booking (refunded in full if you cancel outside 1 hours).
